About Dr. Kromka
Dr. Kromka founded Bluebird TMS to make a full course of depression treatment compatible with a working life. The Denver Tech Center clinic is built around that premise — brief, no-sedation TMS sessions scheduled at the edges of a workday, video follow-ups between meetings, and the interventional options that follow medication available without a referral elsewhere — but the medicine underneath it is the same careful, individualized psychiatry he practices everywhere.
He treats each evaluation as a collaboration: the patient's history and goals, the evidence for each option, and an honest account of trade-offs, revisited as symptom scores come in through the course. His clinical range covers psychotherapy, medication management, and interventional treatments including ECT, ketamine and esketamine, and TMS, and his standard is the same for every patient — relief first, then the means to sustain it.
Outside the clinic Dr. Kromka spends his free time in the mountains — hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding — and also enjoys golf, scuba diving, travel, trying new foods, and time with friends, family, and his three cats.
