We accept most major commercial insurance plans and are a TRICARE-authorized provider. Before you start TMS or SPRAVATO® our team verifies your benefits and submits the prior authorization; ketamine therapy is generally self-pay.
How authorization works
Plans typically require a major depressive disorder diagnosis, documented prior antidepressant trials, and a current symptom score. We collect this at your evaluation and submit it for you.
What you pay
Depends on your deductible, copay, and coinsurance; you receive an estimate before treatment starts.
Self-pay
Rates available for evaluations, TMS, and ketamine therapy; ask at your consultation.
